vivo recently announced the arrival of its latest entry-level handset in blackhub — the y15s.
for a quick recap, the vivo y15s features a 6.51-inch hd+ halo fullview display, an 8mp selfie shooter, along with a 13mp ai primary and 2mp (super macro) depth sensors for the rear dual camera setup.
the screen has 6.51 inches with an ips lcd display. the resolution is 720 x 1600 pixels. the smartphone is packed with 3 gb ram and 32 gb internal storage. it supports microsdxc (dedicated slot) for expansion.
it’s powered by a mediatek mt6765 helio p35 processor chip, paired with the usual 3gb ram and 32gb rom memory configuration. it comes with gpu powervr ge8320. surprisingly, it also comes with a ram expansion feature which allows you to boost your device by borrowing 1gb from your internal storage, although it runs on android 11 (go edition).
keeping the lights on is a 5,000mah li-polymer non-removable battery, with support for the 10w fast charging tech + reverse charging 5w. other than that, there’s also a side-mounted fingerprint sensor that adds another layer of security, as well as 4g lte connectivity, up to 1tb microsd card support, multi-turbo 3.0, and more. the phone comes with dual sim (nano-sim, dual stand-by).
the vivo y15s is now available at physical stores and in two colorways: wave green and mystic blue.
