Return Policy

We are committed to giving you an amazing shopping experience from start to finish, and we back that up with our Buyer Protection and Return Policies. If you change your mind or you’re not pleased with your purchase, through our return policy, we offer a 7 days return window if your item meets requirements for return.

How to Process a Return

1. Confirm Return Eligibility

Confirm that the item has not been delivered beyond 7 days, the item is unused, original packaging is intact and tags, freebies and other items in the box are intact.

2. Send a Request for Return

Send an email to the [email protected] with the subject “Request for Item Return”. Include the details of item and images in your email.

3. Receive Confirmation for Return

Once your claim has been validated, we will send a confirmation email for you to proceed the item for return to the retailer.

4. Prepare Item for Return

Place the item in its original packaging. Ensure to include all tags, freebies, accessories and other items you received with the item.

5. Drop off Item/Schedule Pick-up

Drop off the item or schedule a pickup through our trusted logistics partners who will receive the package from you and return it to the retailer.

6. Get Resolution

Depending on your situation and request, you may receive a replacement item or get a refund, minus all applicable charges.

Eligibility for Return

Customers can only return goods if they meet the specific requirements as follows:

  1. The delivery of the goods and return period is within 7 days.
  2. The goods are unused and in their original packaging.
  3. The security tags are intact.
NOTE: If your order is for multiple goods for separate delivery, the return period will only last for 7 days after receipt of the last item.

Customers cannot return goods if:

  1. The goods are personalized products e.g Jewellery, underwear, bed sheets, lingerie, socks, cosmetics etc.
  2. The goods are Perishable goods.
  3. The goods are Audio & Video recordings / Computer software which has been opened.
  4. The goods are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if they are unsealed after delivery e.g chemicals
NOTE: Refund or voucher will be effected within 14 days after the product has been received by the SELLER
